The VF-Engineering management and engineering team derive their experience of high performance supercharging since 1996 in the UK. Working on modern sports cars such as Audi, BMW, Lotus, Porsche and VW in joint and proprietary projects and partnerships with firms in the UK, Switzerland and USA has given VF the opportunity to market product in European, USA and world markets. VF obtains the latest information and has access to new model vehicles as they roll off the production lines in Germany through OEM connections, clients and manufacturers' organizations.

VF-Engineering Design Principals:

VF-Engineering designs and manufactures supercharger systems based exclusively with Vortech Engineering supercharger units and VF proprietary software. The centrifugal design supercharger was chosen for its power delivery characteristics and flexibility for retro-fitting. The centrifugal unit gives a strong almost linear power delivery characteristic making it safe for automatic transmissions and high compression ratio engine as boost is introduced into the manifold gradually. The progressive increase in boost gives a feeling similar to that of a, much larger capacity engine.

VF-Engineering supercharger kits are designed to give gradual progressive power increase, and within safe levels for the engine. A great advantage is that our kits are simple to remove and maintain. Stock drivability coupled with a superior throttle response was a part of the design specification.

Kits are engineered and built to tolerance as a complete product, each part designed to fit without interfering with stock parts Everything you need is provided, from silicon hoses, hose clamps and plated high tensile hardware and reprogrammed ECU for optimal lambda (O2).

VF-Engineering integrates both the custom Vortech software compressor unit with its CNC machined mounting, drive and engine ancillary systems and custom molded ducting. VF-Engineering manufacturers all CNC aluminum parts and plastic ducting in its in-house state-of-the-art CNC and plastic molding plants. With Vortech Engineering and Vendors all located locally to VF-Engineering product development has been streamlined into an efficient process. Simplicity in design and performance is the key spec that our chief engineer strives towards. New car models continue to pass through the VF R&D facility.
