Performance upgrade by ECU re-programming (engine control unit re-map)
Stage 1 consists of optimisation of engine management software. This is done using the latest technology in order to achieve the best possible results and most efficient power and torque gains. Before each re-map is performed, various mechanical checks are carried out. Expected gains are approximately +35bhp and +30-35lbs.ft of torque including removal of the speed limiter.

Exhaust system from cat back
Stage 2 consists of optimized software, sports air filter and Milltek Sport exhaust system. The Milltek exhaust is available in two options - resonated and non-resonated. The Milltek exhaust works to improve back pressure for greater efficiency and also improve exhaust tone without becoming too loud. Each Milltek exhaust comes with lifetime warranty and is totally road legal.

As with Stages 1 and 2, Stage 3 combines the optimized with the cat back sports exhaust but in addition to this uses Milltek Sport high flow cat set and downpipe. The gains here are impressive with 330bhp possible. Not only does this allow greater BHP to be achieved but it allows the 2.0T engine to breathe more effeciently in the mid and high range rpm's. Again like the cat back system, the Milltek Sport cats are totally road legal.

Stage 1
Sport spring kit working with standard damping. Reducing ride height by approximately 15mm on the front and 30mm on the rear. Fitting includes four wheel laser alignment using our VAG main dealer spec system.
Stage 2
Coilover suspension kit replacing standard springs and dampers. Allowing damping and rebound adjustment. Also allowing height adjustment. Fitting includes four wheel laser alignment using our VAG main dealer spec system.
Wheel Spacer kit
10mm Wheel spacer kit, hubcentric type only. Includes longer bolts

Audi S3 8P Brake Conversions
Stage 1
Removes original front brakes and replaces it with 8 piston calliper and 365mm drilled 2 piece discs with braided brake hoses. Fitted with Motul RBF600 brake fluid for even greater stopping power. Please note, this kit may require wheel spacers to be fitted.
Brake fluid upgrade
Brake fluid upgrade using Motul RBF600 fluid. A real must for serious drivers. Specific fluid details:-
Dry boiling point of 312 degrees centigrade
Wet boiling point of 316 degrees centigrade
